"Subway entrance just right next to the hotel, very convenient to the visitors. The busiest tourist shopping street is one street away. Good location to stay. "

"Beautiful hotel, very elegant decor and layout. They are on the 15th floor and up so you have wonderful views of the city from your room, we even had an amazing sunset view. We had their double room on the 18th floor which was very nice but I would note that their double rooms seem to be meant for 1 person not 2, the bed was smaller than other doubles and had no outlet/side table on the other side of the bed. Washing machines on each floor was very useful. Location was great, quiet and in a business area but very accessible by train or walking. Combinis around every corner also. "

"This is by far the best hotel that I stayed in Japan after staying with five-star hotels in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. It's clean. People are nice at this property. It's super convenient for restaurants. Seems that they built/collaborate with an entire mall downstairs and you get coupons for spending at the mall, which serve delicious food. "

"Very nice facility, only thing if they can increase the laundry machine and improve the gym but overall 9.5/10 Its my 2nd time here and i booked again bec of the exp and proximity to the subway just literally under the hotel plus 5-10mins walk if u wanna go to the other subway Excellent!"

"The staff are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean. The buffet breakfast is very delicious. They have a coffee machine in the lobby from which you can get coffee latte, matcha latte, and etc for free at anytime. The onset is a wonderful. I love this place❤️❤️❤️"
