"I could relax in the lounge. The staff was friendly. I used the laundry. I used the dryer 5 times (1000 yen). The second time I used it. I found the filter of the dryer was full of cotton dust. I cleaned the dryer filter and used it and it was dry in 2 times (400 yen). Be careful."

"Anshin Oyado consistently gives their best. The owners and operators of this establishment carry a heart for hospitality. There are many things about the property that only exist because the owners care for their guests. Things that other hotels just don’t do. Heated floors (there are no shoes allowed) free food, drinks and coffee. Free shampoo, hygeine products, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair styling creams etc. The pods all have phone chargers already in them. This is a great stay, and I...

"Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin."

"Excellent location with the closest station Tawaramachi (via Exit 1) just about a min walk to the hotel (with lift). It’s just 2 stations away from Ueno which the Keisei Skyline from Narita stops, hence easy to travel to and from Narita. All staff are English speakers and very helpful especially Fukui-San who helped us with the luggage transfer. Also walking distance to Senso-ji temple. Room is clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities"

Amazing stay , close to Tokyo Big Sight

"Was having an event at Tokyo Big Sight, and this hotel location is super close to the venue. Came to know that this hotel is closed to Disneyland, at least the train nearby goes towards there. The hotel comes with public hot bath, which is awesome after the long day. Family mart is just connecting to the hotel. Room is spacious, clean. The toiletries is at the lobby to take, and the quality of it is very good. Please take what you need, as I would love the hotel to be able to keep this available for future stay. Overall, very pleasant stay, will stay again "
