There are many things about the property that only exist because the owners care for their guests. Things that other hotels just don’t do. Heated floors (there are no shoes allowed) free food, drinks and coffee. "This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"

"Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin."
