"The area around the property is great and super convenient. Communication with the staff was also quick and great. Only issue was there was a roach found in the restroom which when communicated with staff was dealt with. Other then that the place was clean and everything worked well. "We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. "Overall extremely positive impressions regarding the apartment, hosts, and location. Quiet side street close to a small park and elementary school. 25-30 min walk to main train station and Ginza and ~5 min walk to 2 metro stations. Private entrance with staircase to upper floor two level apartment. There are 2 sleeping areas, one with a western traditional 2 person bed separated by sliding panels and a large elevated loft area with tatami pad bedding. Very spacious and comfortable for 2 adults....

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "

"호텔은 거의 무인호텔식으로 운영됩니다만 필요한 모든 물품이 구비되어 있고 호스트와는 수시로 연락이 무리없이 잘 되서 별 불편없었습니다. 깔끔하고요 특히 욕조가 있고 샤워실이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 다만 주변동네가 긴자구역이라 렌트카를 가져왔는데 엄청난 주차비에 시달린거 빼고는... 다 좋았습니다. ^^ "
