"This place is a nice room attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the airport & off-airport car rentals. Driveway parking puts you closer to the door than the sidewalk. Persons with mobility issues will appreciate that it is a ground floor dwelling. The unit is kept clean enough that I felt comfortable walking barefoot inside. All the amenities were as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"In Rio Grande, cozy, large, old school, one tv but we were out a lot so was ok. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Great mountain and rainforest views, very close to Yunque rainforest, two Walmarts; one east and one west, plenty of places to eat. 20 mins from San Juan. Has its own little nightlife but not like San Juan. You will need to rent a car to get around unless you want to pay for ubers. Had to contact the host and she was very quick to respond and polite."

"Loved the house overall! It was a little further than I expected based on the advertised location, but it worked out great anyway. We had a little difficulty finding the house but were able to contact the host for help with the correct location. Host greeted us shortly after arrival to welcome us and make sure we were settled in and acquainted with the are and house amenities. The house has many great amenities! "The Villa has a strange setup with the living and kitchen in different buildings but it was very clean and nice. We were thankful for the generator as the power was out for about 24 hours and it kept up very well. The owners were very attentive to some minor issues we had. Grocery and restaurants were in walking distance which was very convenient since we had no car. The fix a trip concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and excursions. We had a wonderful time!"

"This gem was perfect to host me and my friends for the long weekend! It's in the best location right outside old San Juan and the beach pretty much being the back yard. It's next to so many fun things to do in the main strip. The house was so nice and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also super available, communicative, informative and just all around cool. I strongly recommend reserving this spot if you're looking to have a blast of a trip!"
