"Swarangi Mahadik is the Guest Relations Executive at the hotel and she checked us in at Reception. She was very attentive and caring and gave us a good overview of things to do in the area. "The hotel is very nice but the streets around the hotel are disaster. I went for a walk and after 3 minutes I returned to the hotel. The hotel is attached to a mall which is the only place I felt ok to be. So I spent 6 days at the hotel but I was there for business and that was fine"

We also used the Laundry and booking taxi for airport facilities. The staff and service is really great. Bathroom was clean, roomy and nice, only complain the toilet flush handle could use repair work. Highly recommend overall."
