"worst ever experience to recommend to anyone. Bath room was horrible no windows to the room, we suffocated. Please dont advertise this kind of hotel on expedia or any internet services. It totally misleads. Charges are too much and much better hotels are available close by to this hotel like OYO which are much cleaner and much cheaper. Tried to call and talk to the hotel owner and he was not available to talk. . "

"Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."

"This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. "

"I enjoyed my five-week stay at Astoria Hotel, primarily because of hospitality, professionalism, and respectfulness of the staff. I also especially enjoyed the restaurant’s included breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet option. The location was ideal for me as I was conducting research at the Maharashtra Archives but also near other important Mumbai sites. "Arrived and was told that there was no booking and the place was full...Still got charged. No manager on site just the cleaner who didn't speak english and a guest had to translate"

"Stayed for a night- check in was quick and efficient. The internet wifi code they gave us never worked but apart from that the stay was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. They even gave us a complimentary drop off to the domestic airport the next morning which was a pleasant surprise. All in all for a good stay"
