"Had an amazing 3 night stay at Taj Mahal Towers in January. Everything about this trip was indulgent, magical and pure luxury. "The front facing rooms (facing the large busy street) can be too noisy for very noise sensitive people like me bit for normal people probably fine. Lots of heavy trucks and some sort of machine noise. The thick windows were good but not quite good enough for me. In the middle of the night I changed to a room facing a vacant lot in the back and it was perfect!! Service was excellent. Gave me lots of extra drinking water, and extra sheet and duvet all very quickly without having to argue or...

"We had a great stay at this property in Hinjewadi, Pune. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, wide spread of options. The staff at the breakfast area did an amazing job. Faij was attentive and took care of the guests very well! Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented."

"Fantastic hotel near Mumbai airport with great dining and transportation options. This hotel helped my mom that missed her flight a few months ago in a last-minute booking. Really appreciated that. Booked again for our vacation. Great experience. Some feedback: Room 220 has has a window next to the bathtub that leaks into the main sleeping area. Could have used a few more power outlets or a USB outlet or two. In-hotel dining was delicious. Keep up the great work and service. "
