"I had a great experience at Daiichi Inn. We arrived early but they stored our luggages for us. Staff were very polite and kind. The location could not be better than this- 1-2 minute walk from Ikebukuro station. Given the location, I had expected it to be noisy through the day and night, but surprisingly the noise level was low and I slept very well. I recommend their breakfast- it is worth paying extra for sure. "

"It felt like a home away from home. Located in a charming small town area minutes from bustling Ikebukuro by train, you can get a glimpse of daily life in residential Tokyo. "Great location just 10 min walk from c6 exit at ikebukuro station on the west side. West side is quieter than east side which is great for accommodation. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a coin laundry around the corner open 24 hours which is convenient. We stayed in a twin bed room and it was one of the largest rooms I've stayed in a hotel in japan. I would stay here again."
