"This hotel is basically a hostel and was just ok. The room we booked was on the third level and there was no air conditioning and it was very very hot. It was a short walk to our "guest house" along cobble stone streets but finding the check in counter at another location was difficult for our driver. Room was very bare bones but ok in cleanliness. "The best place if you want to visit Quinta da Regaleira, Pena Palace and Moorish Castle. Steps away from restaurants and shops. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. The service received was the best of all the hotels visited in Portugal. They helped us with everything, from before we arrived with specific instructions. The breakfast was very good.
