"Check-in with Jessy was good, but we suspect she took something from one of our grocery bags as we stored our luggage behind the counter. Pool area not as advertised, pretty gross. Black mold in the room, very loud in the hallway, no working elevator to carry luggage upstairs, wifi was terrible. We were also double charged,once when we booked through Expedia and then again at the hotel. Tondoroque was lovely to explore, but we would not stay at the hotel again."

"It is a good place to stay with good common áreas although some are in need of TLC. Staff is very nice and helpful. Plan to venture out for dinner, after all, you are staying here for the proximity to the romantic area and the malecón. Rooms are good and clean. Overall a good place to stay."
