"Great hotel for relaxation and family time! I stayed for 9 days with my husband and our 2 children (7 and 13). Property was always well manicured and clean. Pool water was clean and inviting. Food at Andreas far exceeded our expectations...everything we had was delicious! All service staff were super attentive...they anticipated what was needed even before we asked. Our room was always cleaned daily and our fridge was stocked with drinks. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay...book it, you won't regret it. "

"Our stay at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, and located right on a clean, swimmable beach with stunning ocean views. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, and everything on the property is conveniently close. There are several restaurants and a few pools throughout the hotel, giving plenty of options without ever needing to leave the property. All the entertainment took place outdoors and was truly fantastic—fun, lively, and perfect for enjoying the tropical evenings. A special thanks to Fernando Vidal, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was helpful, kind, and made us feel welcomed every step of the way.
