"I wish I did a little more research before booking. This lodge used to be a hostel and still seems more like a hostel than lodge. It would be perfect if I wasn’t traveling with a toddler who wants to get into everything. Location is about a five minute drive from the beach. We saw a ton of deer. It’s a little ways to the shipwreck and lighthouse. Great for trail access. Overall, if you’re traveling with small children or folks who overheat easily, maybe not the best place. "The view is stunning! The house was very clean. The couches, chairs and be beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. Having the beautiful courtyard was perfect for our dog. We could just let him out in the morning & didn’t have to worry about him. We loved watching the waves & hearing them as well fell asleep. Great place!"

"Every year my sister's and I have a getaway weekend and this one was our very favorite stay ever!The home is so beautiful and welcoming. The pictures don't give the views justice, they are better than any other in the area.The hot tub was large and clean and with the giant deck, made for a great way for us all to pick our favorite spots.We will be renting this home here again, and again."
