"The house location and view were fantastic. The appliances and sinks and faucets were all very nice. I have never encountered pop out electrical receptacles before. There are some low ceilings in the bathroom, kids bedroom and the television room. But these are easily managed. The morning of our 3rd day we had ants on the counter next to the sink. Interesting, because there was never any food there. But they were quickly dispatched. The hot tub was fantastic. What a view overlooking the...

"Frank was very responsive and friendly! The place is cute and clean and everything is labeled. There's a heater/AC in the living room only, and it was freezing in every other room while we were there- that was the only downside! Good parking, nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown, very quiet, lots of interesting birds flying around to listen to and watch. We never heard any sounds from the main house even though it's attached. "

"I spent 9 wonderful days at 'Grace at the Sea'. Pam is an excellent communicator and keeps her home spotless and well supplied. As a single older (!) person I felt very safe. Nice easy walks to the ocean, and then you can walk along the beach in either direction for a long way. Or walk along the more in-land meadow trail. Perfect get-away home!"
