"stayed here with my family of 6, had 3 rooms with all beautiful views all on the same floor next to each other. staff helped us do luggage transfer to our next hotel which helped us out a lot. right outside hotel has shops, senso-ji temple and plenty of dining options. stayed here twice when i visited tokyo and will continue to recommend and stay here myself. love it"

"Centrally located n Ginza a short walk to the subways, trains, or the local tourist spots such as the open market and shrine. Our room was spacious by Tokyo standards. Staff was polite and courteous. The restaurant on site was excellent and I would recommend purchasing the breakfast option when booking. The restaurant offers 10% discount for dinner. Please note that check in is at 3pm. Staff will keep bags in the lobby while waiting for check in. They do not entertain early check in. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel is great in all aspects, including size for a Japanese hotel. There are many transportation options available to get to any area of Tokyo and Yokohama, including my recommendation for the limousine bus. I found the bus to be very fast, convenient and comfortable!"

"Elegant hotel with lovely staff. All I would add is be aware the restaurants and bar aren’t open 7 days a week so it pays to familiarise yourself with bars and restaurants in the locality as well"
