"The location of the hotel is amazing, you cannot be closer to the Great Buddha, it is also a good experience to sleep in an old Japanese room. That said, you then understand why old Japanese houses are not worth much and Japanese people tend to prefer living in some modern less exotic dwellings. "This accommodation was really good the only downside was the lift didn’t go all the way up to or room, it stopped two levels below and then we had to carry luggage and prams up two floors of stairs. Otherwise was good accommodation "

"Hi would highly recommend staying here as it is a very authentic Japanese experience. The tatami beds are surprisingly comfortable and we really enjoyed our time here, it’s close to Gotanda station and supermarket/ family mart are very close by. Please keep in mind that the walls are quite thin so its important to keep quiet to respect other guests, also you can hear the train as it goes past but that didn’t us at all. "
