"Much as I would love to tell you how good the Clacks was I cannot. It looks good in the pictures and looks good from outside. Unfortunately due to some mix up I could not gain access, this after a 200 mile drive. I phoned the owner, luckily his number was in the details, and he told me The Clacks will remain shut for months and that hotels.com had not notified him of any booking.
