"This is a beautiful riverside lodge which allows its residents to listen to the sound of the rushing river while seeing many species of birds and other animals on the grounds. There were many bird watchers in the dining hall and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The did a river safari tour which helped us to see even more caiman, iguanas, howler monkeys and toucans."

"Hotel views and rooms were amazing. Grounds were also ideal. Close to arenal as possible. Hot springs on site were also very cool! Large rooms and super comfortable. "

The service was attentive and kind, the room was immaculately clean, well appointed and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and concierge was helpfully booking us a tour. Highly recommend while staying in La Fortuna. "
