"Good clean basic room for our overnight layover at Madrid. They put an extra bed in the room for our child which was appreciated. Had a few options for our child to watch cartoons in English after some digging in the menus. Convenient shuttle from the airport, just have to find the hotel shuttle pickup zone. Shuttle drops off/picks up at the other Axor hotel next door but it's only about a 25 meter walk to Axor Feria. We were also able to walk to a restaurant for dinner on a corner down the street, less than a 5 minute walk, it had a 3.9 rating on Google but we gave it a chance and we liked it, nice people that tried to talk English with us, good basic bar food. We opted for breakfast included with our room, it is at the other Axor hotel next door and it was really fantastic. Convenient shuttle drop-off at Terminal 4 for our transatlantic flight back to the US. Overall recommended!"

"We stayed here a night before our flight back home. The hotel was clean and it was in a nice area with ample parking. The room was clean and the shower was wonderful. I had to call down because the hairdryer was not working properly but they sent me one right away and it was great. Highly recommended!"
