"Fantastic room 206 fantastic view of the sea fabulous fourposter bed, clean facilities, very good bathroom shame bath jacuusi was not working.... Fab facilities fantastic food and service from. Josh and Nathan so very helpful and courteous they both excelled and went extra mile in understanding helpfulness and I was treated with friendship and respectfully. The laundry, bedding towels, were exceptional and clean and the domestics both knock ask if anything needed fabulous service. Feel josh particularly friendly and a very good chef and cooks delivers fantastic soups steak pies with all vegetables potatoes is also very talented singer, he's, a, happy chappy and will bring u whatever you need. I was totally relaxed and happy with my stay from 10th - 13thjan 2025. "

"Very clean and fresh, can't fault the hotel. We did get to our room and realise we were given one with two beds rather than the one we booked of one queen but no big issue so didn't go back to raise it with the hotel but if you need a certain room I'd just double check that's what you are given at check in. Lovely hotel and very good value for money with a nice selection for breakfast so something for everyone. I was nearly put off by the parking charges in the hotel carpark however once we got there we easily found free spaces on the street right next to the front doors of the hotel, although this was easily available with it being off peak but saved us a lot of money instead of the £17 a day carpark."

"Hotel very good got an upgraded room on arrival, nice staff especially on check in. Bar area cold in the evening but -5 outside. Breakfast doesn’t officially start till 8am at weekend which is a touch late for some people "

"Really enjoy staying at Holiday Inn across the world. They are simply comfortable and always have a good atmosphere. I come out feeling content and happy! There were a few issues with the room I was in. The aircon didn’t work. There was a bathroom hook missing to hang the towel. But that was really it and didn’t make any difference to the quality of service provided and the great breakfast they had! Thank you. "
