"I use it to stay weekly for my job. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. Quick to check in and easy leave your key check out in the morning I like having the same room each week (not telling you which one 😉) which they accomodate. Decent services with Fast Food and M&S options and coffee etc. Facilities in my room are great and always a comfortable stay. I do use earplugs as it's by a Motorway but just info for staying and not a criticism "

"Lovely staff here. I had to take some medicine in the morning and although I didn’t book breakfast the staff were more than happy to get me some food so I didn’t take it on an empty stomach. Spa was lovely and room was a bit dated but still great value for money and comfortable and warm "

I’ve stayed at three different locations now, and the best bits are: amazing waterfall shower, spacious and very clean, as well as a very comfortable bed, not worn and lots of pillows. Staff are great, and breakfast was great! "
