Food good however long wait for breakfast service and didnt seem equipped to manage the tables they have due to only 2 staff working and multi tasking at reception. Coffee undrinkable though! Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly. "Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment we were allocated was spotless and comfortable. Despite being above the bar area it was very quiet so we had a great sleep. The property is right next to the Minster with the town centre right on the doorstep with most places of interest within walking distance. Things to note: the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs and no lift - it’s an old building....

"Loved the spa. Pity there are no lounger chairs in the spa area. Superb staff especially the women maître di on Sat night who solved an issue with my wife`s meal."
