"I have nothing but great things to say about this property. From the moment we booked, the host was in communication and gave us all the info we needed right up until the second we checked out. We opted to rent the golf cart which I recommend doing as it’s so much easier to get around and find parking. The home had everything we needed plus more! It’s walking distance into town or a very short golf cart ride and same to the beach! If you’re on the fence then this is your sign to book it!"

"The house is a perfect house for Thanksgiving at the beach. Our dogs loved it. We had quick access to the beach and loved watching the sunrise and sunset every day. We were close to town and walked to get coffee, shop and get lunch. It was the perfect house. The management team was great. "

"Matthew’s marsh view property was secluded and peaceful. With amenities like the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, screened in patio and and bikes you literally never want to leave. We had a girls weekend and it was so rejuvenating to relax on the porch swing on the patio and listen to the rain or watch the birds of the marsh. The hot tub was a wonderful way to start our days. The house is charming with a wonderful amenities but it is charming because of its age and location! Be aware water...

"Loved the warm wood feel of the house, the 2 porches and the big oak tree in the back was so peaceful and quiet. A well stocked kitchen and a gas grill. A short walk to the beach. Just a all around great place. Would love to stay here again."

"Just what I love in a house on the beach! Kind of quirky Island decor and not too fancy. Great for kids. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of stairs a bit hard on the older folks. Iconic beach experience for all!"
