"This house worked perfect for our family! Convenient location to beach with everything we needed for our stay. This end of Folly is much nicer and quiet than into town but also an easy ride to get to the hustle and bustle for shopping and eating. Would stay here again the sunsets on the marsh are unbeatable!"

"Room was clean, description was accurate. Pool isnt heated so it was a bit cold the day we were there and wanted to swim but its within walking distance to the ocean so not a huge issue. No one on site for immediate issues like more towels etc."

"There was room for three generations. All we needed was supplied. The elevator was a great asset for a grandfather with mobility issues and all were grateful when it came time to move luggage. Would highly recommend. Kate was very responsive to every text."

"I have booked this property before, and the improvements in outdoor furniture, new tables and lamps, fresh paint, and new bedroom furnishings were great. The view is spectacular. The only reasons it isn't a 5 star: There is not a comfortable chair anywhere in the house! Mid-century lounge type chairs look cool but they are not something you can enjoy. "This is a very nice property and great location. We were able to walk to beaches. Very close to everything. Super nice place. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Everything you needed to prepare meals. The sun room was a great bonus to have in the morning for enjoying your morning coffee. Just a great place. You must be able to climb stairs or this is not thechouse for you. "

"The property highlight is certainly the beach views and sounds. Lovely covered outside areas. The elevator and stairs were convenient. Wonderful access to everything great about Folly. Everything in the rental operated smoothly aside from the keyless entry. The mattresses were comfortable, but poorly fitted with surprisingly low quality sheets. The parking spots for this particular rental are tricky. As mentioned, they stock only the bare minimum - like 1 garbage bag for 6 nights. Overall a...
