"This is an amazing property, exactly as pictured in the photos. Except the photos cannot accurately capture the magnificent view! We stayed over Christmas and could see BOTH sunrise and sunset from the living area. It was unbelievable.The boardwalk to the beach is delightful! It is a bit of a walk if you will be hauling toys/chairs/etc in the summer but there is nice cart provided and lots of beach gear.The outdoor living area and pool look like they'd be great in warmer weather. Especially the step down area into the pool.House is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 14 adults.The owners are very nice and responsive. Excellent communication. Highly recommend!"

"My family stayed here for New Years Eve and the house was absolutely perfect. The open layout with kitchen, dining area and living room made for a very cozy and comfortable hang out area, and the three bedrooms was perfect for our family and mother in law. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed Location was perfect with a quick walk to the sound, minutes from shops and restaurants, and a very short drive to everything the island has to offer. Communication was great and made for an easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend! "

"The bedroom with the canopy bed was beautiful. It was so comfortable! The plants were a nice touch also. The house was well stocked. Since our vacation was during the Thanksgiving holiday we decided to cook our meal there. There was nice cookware available. We had plenty of cleaning supplies & laundry supplies on hand. We have no complaints at all! Hope to be able to use this rental again! "
