"The desk help were fantastic in providing services to my family and I, parking is tight and you will have to pay for it. The front desk does offer a parking pass. Food near them consists of Indian restaurants and street vendors. Outside you will have tuk-tuk access along with taxi services. All in all will book again in the future"

"Great place to stay around 10min walk to bts on nut station also a 7-11 and lotus nearby. Only thing bad i encountered on my stay was the mattress with very stiff and you have to cross a very busy intersection and street to get too the bts station which was a little crazy on weekdays with cars and motorbikes."

"A nice, simple room for someone who does not wish to spend their day in bed. More so, for the adventurous type out and about."

"The apartment they assigned us was not the apartment in the listing. Instead of the lovely condo from the pictures we got a much less attractive condo. Instead of the pretty dining table with 4 chairs there was a tiny, cheap table with 2 chairs stuck in the corner. The couch was small and covered with a bed sheet. In the place where the dining table was supposed to be there were two mattresses leaned on the wall. Rhe floors are in quite bad condition. The TV is small and not a smart TV. The...

"The good: 2 ply TP, paper towels, soaps, cleaners, water and more all provided, cost appropriate, canal boat travel, good communication, went out of their way to help me check in after an early morning arrival flight, good location, the space was clean. Nice people. The bad: and it’s a deal breaker for me - the old filthy towels. He might want to replace the towels at least every 5 or 10 years. "Very clean and great customer service. Excellent location, next to a mall where you can get food at the food court for a very very low price. Unlimited shopping and dining within walking distance. Access to the metro and subway right in front of the hotel."

"Had a great stay, room and bathroom were very comfortable and spacious. Staff all great and we really appreciated being able to use the showers in the gym before our late flight. Only thing would be that the continental selection at breakfast was a bit lacking for the price of the hotel. "

"Excellent place to stay. With two pools to choose from or massage and lots of shopping during the day this was excellent. Some parts of the building might show the age of hotel but it’s well maintained. The food options around the hotel are limited in the evening. Though the pool side bar has some pretty good dishes though the bar prices are more expensive then what we where expecting. "
