"The front desk receptionist was amazing, checked on us even after we checked in! The shuttle to the Toyota Center was an added and unexpected bonus, walking back from the concert was convenient. Will be staying again!"

"We have stayed here many times as it’s close to family. We were a little disappointed with the noise level at night in our room with the hotel as empty as it was. Also a few minutes after we checked out we realized we left a coffee cup in the room. We tried to go back in and get it and they made us wait until housekeeping could go in and retrieve it. We felt like we should have been able to just go up and get it as we hadn’t even left the hotel yet and we stay there at least once a month. "
