"Amazing customer service! The gentleman at the front desk was so sweet. Only downside was they had no pack and plays available and since it was advertised they had them I didn't pack ours so that was slightly inconvenient was informed they only had one and it was broken so hopefully this is a issue they fix) other then that amazing stay! "

"Staff was very nice. Everything was clean. Elevators were broke so some of family had to carry luggage up stairs to their room. That was just a inconvenience that was not really a big deal and was out of anyones control. It is what it is. I booked here because the price was good and would book here again."
