"I will start with the pros. 1. Excellent, walkable location to Tigertail beach. 2. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided plus some floaties for the pool. 3. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and spices etc. 4. Fishing dock with chairs and grill on patio. Cons 1.Rental agency, though very quick to respond to any questions, deferred any issues with rental stating they would "let the owner know". This was fairly frustrating when we were left to repair any issues...

"The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. "We had a great booking with this host from the start! They were timely, and prompt with responses. Even at the end of the stay, I had a few questions the night before and emailed, and got a response within 30 minutes that was super helpful! The location was amazing, and if you wanted to you could walk to Tiger Tail. (Just without a bunch of beach equipment ). We would 100% rent from tbis host and this property again! "
