The hotel is located 4.5 hours distance from Orlando. "unexpected". It is not easy to locate the building on arrival, especially at night due to lack of signs. The hotel is unwilling to accomodate me with a late check out, after arriving late at night. The night manager was quite rude and unaccommodating. The clerk seemed nice but had to do the bidding of the night manager. Guest were arguing in the halls. The sheets were and towels were not clean as expected. The towels had a bad odor and the sheets looked dingy with visible stains. I did not eat the breakfast because I was exhausted from the drive and slept close to normal check out time.

The shower curtain had mold and had to be replaced . Housekeeping was suppose to replaced but didn’t after 5 days. Small blood stains on comforter. It had to be replaced. Construction during entires stay. Large crane block left entrance of hotel. Was charge full price when checked in at 3:am . Not discount for as given or suggested the entire stay

The property is under remodeling. A lot of noise in the hallway. Our AC didn't work properly. Breakfast sad.

The property was under construction. Room was not clean and there were cockroaches. Around 1am there was a lockout where someone’s life was placed in the hallway outside their room and this stayed like this for over 24 hours. Management was very apologetic however we had to leave and cancel the future reservation

I would not stay here again. We had issues with the toilet working properly from the start that progressively got worse as the two days went on. We had issues getting any supplies replenished. They had a crew repainting part of the building that decided they would hold plastic over guests cars rather than waiting or asking them to move.
