I never ask for it (I'm lucky not to need it) Yet I I always get it, a room with accessible facilities and always the top floor. "Hotel needs total overall to bring up to required modern standards - floors squeak when walked on, sink had no plug, flooring in bathroom coming up, TV was ancient and did not work anyway. First room given - the radiator did not work so room was like an ice box so has to be asked to move which the hotel did to a room where the radiator worked. Everything needs ripping out and new modern furniture put in plus re decorated all over."
