Nicely located hotel with a very nice staff. Room was a bit small and noisy with constant live music, however an overall very nice experience. Recommend staying here.

Decent hotel in the centre of Temple Bar Street and within walking distance of major attractions. However the rooms need some freshening up, with mould on the ceiling and walls within the bathroom and the hallways smelt damp.
As a Expedia VIP Gold member was entitled to free drink, however staff member didn’t know anything about this.
Perfect location to stay when visiting Dublin. It’s located within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. Staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Staff & service
When we checked in we were told about the breakfast buffet. Only after I paid were we told that there were not enough people signed up in the morning so they wouldn’t be offered the buffet, but instead offered a menu to order from. I tried to cancel but they would not let me and would not return my money when requested.
Hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the main Dublin attractions.

Location was great
But our bathtub had grime that Kiley hadn’t not been cleaned for a very long time
Carpets sent up dust as you walked on them. Would not stay given that there is no effort on keeping rooms clean
The location was close to everything allowing most activities walkable. Food options and bar options are steps away. The room was very clean, spacious, and safe
I'm not sure about the "VIP" thing. There were no special rewards that I am aware of. The locale was perfect as I was showing friends around Dublin who were on their first trip to Ireland.
The Girls at the front desk were extremely Helpful and Friendly during our stay, advising us on Bus and Train routes, Dining and places of Interest. Breakfast Buffet was good but wish they had switched it up a bit and not had the same thing every morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we never had any issues with noise coming from the street or Bar area. This is a Great Location and would definitely recommend staying here.
We’ve stayed at this hotel twice already and will continue to stay there next time we go back to Dublin. I’d conveniently located walking distance to Grafton street, Trinity College and right down the street from Temple Bar. The rooms are beautiful and very big. They include coffee and tea in the room, and a fantastic breakfast included.
