"Claudio was incredible, very nice and helpful. He contacted me before coming and explained how to get to the accommodation even without me asking him. Place was cozy and clean and he made us feel like home. He was always available to answer questions or give us tips where to eat, what to see or how to get somewhere. "The building is in the middle of apartment blocks with no vehicle access, and reached via the flight of steps shown in the photo. It's on a private estate with barrier controlled entrance but it's possible to get a taxi near if you know exacly where to go. We were met by the receoptionist. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. The room was quiet and had a good view. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facility but there was none in the room or the hotel."

"The room was clean. The sheets and towels smelled very fresh. The room had air conditioning which was nice. Because we stayed a few other places in Rome and we had to leave the window open. Listening to the street noise and the light coming in wasn't very pleasant. But with this place, the air conditioning was spot on. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also very close to a Metro which getting around Naples was easy but we walked most of the places."

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
