"This hotel surprised me. I am an interior designer from the states so I have high standards for interiors but had intended on staying at this property out of convenience. I booked it last minute due to its proximity to the train station and port. The lobby is tastefully done, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in recommending dinner options. Check in process was a breeze and I was very pleased with the room accommodations, size, and bathroom. It’s not in the greatest area of town but I did feel safe walking to grab a bite to eat. Would stay again for this same intended purpose. "

"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. Barbara at the front desk was lovely and recommended an excellent breakfast spot for that morning as well as assisting us with taxis and airport transfers. We left too early the next morning to try out their breakfast. The accessibility of the hotel is, unfortunately, poor. There are seven steps up to the front desk and the elevator, though the elevator is large enough to fit a standard wheelchair. Other thing to be aware of: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so taxis or other transportation may not be able to drop off/pick up from the hotel directly depending on their permits or the time of day. Again, not a big deal to walk a block or two, unless you have mobility issues."

"Hotel location is amazing, hotel staffs are wonderful especially those staffs that are working on breakfast time, very friendly and she remembers what kind of coffee I drink, no word to explain the breakfast view, amazing, you can see castle and port when you are having breakfast, wonderful stay"

"Great access to public transport, clean, quiet, knowledgeable staff. Only downside is the steps in the lobby to reach the elevators. "
