"What an unbelievable stay. The property was better than I had expected. Extremely clean, and quiet. The bed was so comfortable we had the best sleep. The reception wasn’t 24/7, and we had an issue with the door link on arrival, but they sorted everything very quickly. I would recommend this place and would stay again. "I had some issues at checkout as I didn’t realise I needed to contact them 24 hours in advance to arrange my arrival, but that was my fault for not reading the small print. Once that was resolved I was shown to my room which lacked windows and when I asked for a different one they kindly upgraded me at no charge. The new room even had a balcony and lots more space. Very satisfied and would return."
