"The room was clean. The sheets and towels smelled very fresh. The room had air conditioning which was nice. Because we stayed a few other places in Rome and we had to leave the window open. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door.
