"Great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, room was great, restaurant and room service were excellent. Only complaint, and not any reflection on the hotel itself, was the location. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. "Had a wonderful stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fast room service. They clean your room daily. Not too many eating places within walking distance.. there are a few but you have to uber/drive. Closest train station is Napoli Centrale (about 15euros in uber/taxi). We had pre-paid for 5nights but had to leave after 4 for personal reasons and the hotel staff was really nice and took off the city tax from our final bill."
