"There were 10 of us that stayed on the property. The location is amazing. The boys all loved their surf lessons with Cali he was out in front of the house daily. There’s a spot up the beach you can rent boogie boards or book a fishing excursion. The property manager helped arrange our trip to the monkey mangrove tour (a must do)and set up our zip lining trip. "Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. "

"The outdoor area was beautiful and the pool was the highlight of the property. The property manager was amazing and provided great recommendations for things to do on our trip. He was extremely helpful. The house itself was fine although the stovetop burners were difficult to work with so cooking was challenging. Overall we enjoyed our time there."

"Our family of 10 (3 generations) thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Playa Hermosa. The pool was ideal for all ages, and we took full advantage of the excellent food/drinks at the swim-up bar. "My husband and I stayed at Quinta Colina for 2 weeks in January and early February 2025. The house and property was perfect. We were well taken care of spoiled!) by the property managers- Meylin and Manuel-(who were on site). The communication with the property owner-Tonia- was fantastic. She was in communication with us throughout our stay even though she was 13 hours away! We would highly recommend this rental and if we return to Costa Rica, we will stay there again, for sure! "We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!"

"Place was amazing. Everything was clean and as listed. Monkeys and wildlife in back yard was perfect for the kids. Will be back for sure. "

"Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip."
