"Convenient location. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport MRT. Couple of dining options nearby. Easy to check in and check out. Common area is clean and has everything we needed. The room is adequate. Shower has good water pressure. Staff service is inconsistent though, some were friendly and some were unfriendly when we asked questions. Overall a good stay and value for money."

"Cons: Cleanliness of the room, particularly bathroom, can definitely be improved on. Would also appreciate having the dryer repaired in the facility so travellers can do laundry within the hotel. Pros: very convenient area with the biggest station nearby within walking distance to get around the city of Taipei. Many food/dine options and convenient stores for those late night cravings. The infamous Ximending is only a 15 minutes walk for me ;)"

"Good for the location but the bathroom was very dirty, i requested if someone can clean the moldy wall of the shower they said yes but no one came and clean it. The bathroom should be clean and taken care of given they have 6 people that uses it."

"Super convenient place to stay, staff are friendly and bar downstairs has great local beverages. Tasty breakfast too. The shower room is a little small but facilities overall were good value for money. I would stay again when travelling solo and for a central location in Taipei."

"I think this place is great for a short stay! It had all the basic amenities and the pod bed was comfortable for me. I found all the common areas to be clean."

"Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"

"All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!"

"Staff was helpful with the check in process, locker was big enough for both my luggage and whatever I bought in Taiwan. Bed was also clean and international sockets also made it easy to charge my phone. On the other hand climbing up to the upper deck bed was difficult for me"

"From start to finish, this was a great stay. I was picked up from the airport by the hotel's limousine service. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room was incredibly clean. Daily housekeeping was amazing, friendly, and they did a great job. Check-out was also quick and seamless and I received a ride back to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again."

"합리적인 숙박비용과 깨끗하고 넓어 보이는 객실사진 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 게스트하우스와 차별화 되는 단독룸과 단독 화장실때문에 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 스린역에서 매우 가깝습니다. (스린역 개찰구에서 100미터 이내) 스린야시장은 걸어서 10분거리에 있습니다. 역인근이라서 편의점, 스벅, 왓슨스, 식당가 등 상권도 좋습니다.(스린역 나와서 바로 있는 BEEFUL이라는 우육면집이 맛이 아주 괜찮았습니다. 추천합니다.) 호텔간판이 따로 있지 않아서 첫 방문시 현관 찾기가 어려울 수 있습니다. 현관문 사진 첨부합니다. 키오스크에서 셀프체크인 합니다. 비용이 낮은만큼 하우스키핑은 LINE으로 요청을 할때만 서비스 받을 수 있습니다. 큰 불편은 아니었습니다. 화장실에 청소상태, 수압, 배수 모두 좋았습니다. 객실에는 창문이 없어서 아쉬웠지만 가격을 생각한다면 납득할만 합니다. "Nice place and great service but the room on the 9th floor smelled like a restaurant in the evening during restaurant rush hour and the wester section of the morning breakfast buffet was cold. Cold ham, bacon, sausage and paulenta. Nicely prepared but missing the mark when cold."

"Great location! Hotel is well maintained and most staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 days there the first week and 5 days the last week during our stay in Taipei. Most staffs we encountered were pleasant except one female receptionist who did not give us good impression. But overall it is a hotel I will recommend. "
