"Cons: Cleanliness of the room, particularly bathroom, can definitely be improved on. Would also appreciate having the dryer repaired in the facility so travellers can do laundry within the hotel. Pros: very convenient area with the biggest station nearby within walking distance to get around the city of Taipei. Many food/dine options and convenient stores for those late night cravings. The infamous Ximending is only a 15 minutes walk for me ;)"

"All of the staff were very helpful in answering any questions, and if you arrive before check-in time you can leave your luggage with them in the meantime. The property itself had all the amenities I needed, and the rooms, bathrooms, and common area were all cleaned frequently. The location is amazing, as it is right by 台北車站/Taipei Main Station and a quick walk to 西門町/Ximending! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay in a good location!"

"No comfortable meeting area and small rooms with no place to unpack or put luggage."

"Terrible experience, waste my money and couldn’t stay ,i booked the wrong room and they didn’t even try to help me , "

"My main gripe with the location is about the accessibility of the hostel from the main Taipei station. it is much longer than what was described. Although it is cited as a hostel, the rooms are extremely close to each other. So even the coming and going of other guests are easily heard. Soundproofing of the rooms nearer to the main door should be enhanced."

"The reception staff is so helpful and cheerful. One point needs to mention that even though you picked the room not mentioning "no window", there is no window. Only couple rooms have windows "

"This is a user friendly hotel at reasonable price. I mistakenly reserved two rooms and they agreed to cancel one of them for me at no charge. The reception staff were very helpful and patient to help me out in the process."

Quality Taipei Accommodation

"I enjoy when everything works, everything is clean, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Therefore I enjoyed this place. Very simple My only qualm is that any hotel that charges its laundry by the item is really pushing it. Actually priced by item isn’t the issue. Outrageously pricing each item is the issue. I’m not even sure if this laundry service is affiliated with the hotel or separate but they could always find a reasonably priced one. It costs more to do laundry here than in NYC. Other than that, lovely spot."

"The place is so convenient and just across the Taipei Main Station. The room is so cozy and the staff replenishes the stocks and does make up room the everyday. The toilet is like of those of Japan (with seat heater and bidet buttons) and the bathroom is so tidy and clean. Staffs are so friendly and accommodating. Their common area has a vending machine, computer, weighing scale and water dispenser with unlimited water for guests. Will definitely book this place again! "
