"Very nice place but lack of ability to contact ANY staff except by personal phone was big issue for foreigners waited outside pounding on door for over 15 minutes in 90 plus heat before someone came to answer. On of 2 lights in bathroom not working and no way for me to contact staff since my cellphone was not working. No front desk support or internal phone or even a bell was frustrating "

"Warm and wonderful service by the owner/staff. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and will require car to get to. The breakfast was great and healthy. The architecture is unique and the room was spacious. It was a wonderful time to rest and explore Yilan. "

"My family had a wonderful time here! The house’s charming architecture, the bucolic views, and the delicious food all made for a very memorable experience. We enjoyed taking walks along the country road and relaxing in the backyard. Mr. Chang and his daughter were excellent hosts and went the extra mile to accommodate, even personally driving us to a nearby attraction after we had checked out. So happy we made this stop and wish we stayed longer!"
