"Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Both nights we walked to amazing restaurants ( Oh My Darling and Phoebe’s ) for dinner, and returned to the lobby where we could get complimentary warm drinks to bring up to our room. We enjoyed the “self serve” station, where you could get additional towels or other room supplies. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and served until 10am. The atmosphere of the hotel was just overall relaxed and easy going. Yes, the TV’s are small and outdated, but that was not an issue for us. Would 10/10 stay here again."

"This is my second time visiting this hotel and it has been a consistently amazing experience. From the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the room you would think you are staying in a 5 star hotel. This hotel has old time charm in a modern style. The room is very spacious and the view is fantastic. It’s centrally located to some great restaurants. I’m staying here moving forward anytime I have to come to Syracuse University to visit my child.
