"As long as you manage your expectations this hotel is fine. It is very basic and the breakfast is toast, eggs bacon and beans. Don't expect a breakfast buffet. The beds were a bit saggy but not too bad. The building was centrally heated and we had to open the window on a 5 degree day because the room was too stuffy. Given the general cost of London hotels this is a reasonable choice for a fairly central location."

"Its a decent hotel at quite center of london. For a decent price. Much better than staying at the airBnB or hostels. Its close to chancery lane tube station and has plenty restaurants nearby. The breakfast is okayish but the hosts are very hospitable. "

"Good location base. Original room a bit of a small layout but we were luckily offered another choice of room available which we took. Staff friendly and very helpful. Communal areas need refurbishing as heavy use. Busy area so if on lower levels can hear outside but have to expect this in a city. Lots of places to eat nearby. "

"Room 10 - right by the office. Handy for car park to rear. Quite noisy when the office is busy. When I arrived the guy on the desk said 3 nights for 3 people (I corrected him - 2 nights for 1 person) I was then shown to a single room which I assume he hadn’t planned to give me. He quickly removed what appeared to be used towels from the bathroom and replaced them. "Friendly and helpful, and seemed a nice area. Parking was on the road with permit but we arrived mid afternoon so no problem finding space but full early evening. The breakfast was nice in a proper old fashioned guest house sort of way."

"Bijou apartment perfectly situated for exploring London. There is a small fridge, microwave and kitchenette which was really handy. I was lucky enough to be able to check in a little earlier and the communication from the team was excellent. There was some brief emergency maintenance work required during the stay and this was communicated well with guests. The room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Plenty of towels provided. "Stayed here 2 years ago for our anniversary, and came back this year for our anniversary. Love the spot, it is economical, and though the room is small, it is comfortable, and the staff is accomodating. Checked in early, and there is a secure bag drop if you want to do that as well. It is super close to central London, easy commute to Soho or the sights and the price was right!"
