"Very nice clean accomodation. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and clean. Would have been better if we could have worked out how do cast to the TV, instructions were given but it didn't work. Coffee machine seemed to be a bit temperamental. "Enjoyed staying in Pimlico close to the river Thames. Relatively Close to London Victoria station. Plenty of good eating places nearby. Bathroom worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was rather small (typical London) so made it a little squishy with 2 large bags. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had an outside paved area for the staff that, with some careful design, would be a good area for guests to relax in the warmer months."

"My stay was for one night and the hotel suited my needs perfectly. It offered good value for money and the room and bed was comfortable. The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for basic accommodation at value for money cost."

"Good location base. Original room a bit of a small layout but we were luckily offered another choice of room available which we took. Staff friendly and very helpful. Communal areas need refurbishing as heavy use. Busy area so if on lower levels can hear outside but have to expect this in a city. Lots of places to eat nearby. "

The whole place is very special, with lovely sitting areas and rooms. Our only thought, was if you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor, as there is no lift to the 3 floors. "The Melina was terror. Very welcoming and helpful with a comfy bed, hot shower with heated towel rack, and a specially brewed cup of coffee in the morning. They went beyond the call to make the service perfect. And the perfect place to stay for sights and choirs. "

"Honestly this was the nicest stay me and my husband have had! The interior was so nice and had everything we needed. Bathroom was beautiful and bright, kitchen was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was near so many shops and restaurants and the train station was super close. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

Look no further, just book

"The staff made the stay 10 stars!! we were tired after a week traveling through the country + lost luggage by our ailine but they did anything they could to help, even offer a new suitcase for us to bring bag our newest items, made calls, helped find stores etc. Always with a smile. the staff get A++, + quiet, super clean and convenient. The llace is within a few blocks of the metro and downtown. "

Perfect stay for exploring London 💂

"Okay, here's a review of a hypothetical two-night stay in London, hitting all your points: Fantastic London Base! Just back from a wonderful two-night stay in London and couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation. Location was absolutely key for us, and this place delivered in spades! Being just a stone's throw from a tube station made zipping around London to see all the sights incredibly easy and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and very tidy – a real pleasure to come back to after a busy day exploring. It was also surprisingly well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or to offer directions and advice. They really added to the positive atmosphere of the place. And the best part? It was all very reasonably priced for a London stay! We felt we got excellent value for money. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and friendly base to explore London without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be booking again on our next visit!"
