"A typical mid range seaside hotel. Like the curates egg, good in part. Trying to be objective but honest, so staff were nice, breakfast and dinner good and lovely sea views. On the other hand reception was a bit like a small guest house but it worked. Our room/suite was potentially a very nice room spoilt by a miniscule bathroom about 1.5m square and virtually impossible to get two people in there at once! "This is a lovely flat in the centre of Swanage. Ideal for the beach and the shops. Very comfortable and well equipped. Owners were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us. It is not suitable for anyone with disability due to steps/ stairs- good exercise though! "
