"The view is excellent, service is good, meals are yammy, every thing is attractive for next stay. Except a stuff in the front desk is not friendly to new visitor. She missed my booking and ask to contact with Hotel.com strongly at that time even I show her Hote.com confirmation letter and would like to pay for a new room till her college found my reservation. It's great that I got my room after 30 minutes in communication with her. Otherwise, I cannot image heavy snowing and darker outside...

"We were spoilt with first class attention and assistance from Andrew, the host, and staff. It is why we like to choose an owner establishment rather than a 'marbled foyer'. A warm lounge and wine and conversation to come back to at the end of an unbelievable ski day. Love the underfloor heating! The shuttle is quick, easy and flexible. The location is great and a short walk to and from dining options. We can't wait to get back!"

Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were...
