"This was the best VRBO stay we've had. Everything was as advertised and more. From check in to check out, our stay was easy and smooth. John is very helpful any time his help is wanted and the attention to detail for this rental is unmatched. The location is perfect for San Diego and is in a quiet neighborhood. "It seems that photos online tend to distort the reality of hotels and rentals. This house was great, but didn't look as good as the pics display. Plus, I failed to ask about AC (never assume). "The kitchen was well equipped for a family Thanksgiving. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Living room as roomy with plenty of seating. We thought there were working fire places in the living room and outside. But there weren't. That was a selling point for the rental and family time. There is no piano? Leave instructions on how to work the heat. Lots of barking dogs but you can't control that. "

"Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had 10 people ages 1.5 years up to 75 years old that got to enjoy this beautiful property. We loved sitting out front around the fire at night talking about our day. The sunsets here are incredible. Each night we would grab the lawn chairs and go sit near the cliffs to watch the amazing sunset. Also we sure loved cooking in that beautiful kitchen!!! This house is centrally located to everything we did which was fantastic. Thank you again...
