"Took the family to Universal Studios and stayed 3 nights. This is an older facility so take that into account. If you're looking for a fairly clean room, a hot shower and a fairly comfortable bed to sleep on, and don't mind it being an older facility, then this is the place for you. It had 2 queen beds and a fold down couch so everyone was able to have plenty of room to sleep. Room is small but provides the necessities. Everything worked like the air conditioner, tv, mini fridge, microwave...

"Was very nice to chill out in Hollywood Hills with family and pool after being at theme parks! Beautiful view! Great kitchen & lots of space for R&R! Perfect end to our daughter’s first California trip! ❤️"

"We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE."

"Loved the place but it’s a little noisy outside in the courtyard area. But very close to Malibu, and Hollywood Hills and a lot of fun attarscrions!!"

"The property is in a great neighborhood and stay was comfortable. Lot of good things about the home - lot of room, beds,baths for large groups - well stocked kitchen - nice pool and living room Some feedback on what could be better - house is aging and can use upkeep - hot water took a long time to show up - toiletries were not provided (cheap shampoo pouches, bar soap) for this price point we expected good quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - microwave was in adjoining room"

"We never got instructions on where the house was nor how to get keys. I’ve tried every means I know to contact. Had to stay in a less than satisfactory hotel."
