"Lovely old hotel in the midst of a major renovation. We were booked into a newly renovated room which was nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. There was some noise from renovations on weekdays but it was not particularly bothersome. The location is great - essentially equidistant between the Abbey and Roman Baths and the Circus and Royal Crescent. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff was inviting and helpful. Overall a very nice hotel. "

"Basic, clean room with lovely staff on the front desk. It’s nothing fancy but more than worth what I paid for it an absolute bargain if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep with no frills. It’s super convenient for getting to the marina too - great location, Only issue was my room was quite cold in the night and the heater didn’t seem to kick out much warmth, but not a major issue!"

"Spend a long journey here and really impressed. Wonderful team with brilliant manager!! Female friendly and pet friendly! The majority of their staff are warm and outgoing girls!!! Very cozy and chill place to be!!! Best local place for traveling, bus stop at their front door, 10 mins walk could lead to many landscapes and nice bars, shops and restaurants!! Have gardens just across the street for wonderful dog 🐶 walking. On top of that, 2mins walk to Bristol swimming pool and gym accessible...
