"We were disappointed especially with it being a "Hilton" hotel. I am a wheelchair user. I informed The Hampton of this when making my booking. They emailed me confirming they could accommodate me and would put me in an adapted room which it was. I had to use the lift to get to it. I didn't mind this but the lift was so small I could just squeeze in with 1/2 in to spare each side of my chair.
