The host was very good to us, as we got to the area very early in the morning and he held our luggage for us as we explored the city. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. "The website falsely claims to be 1.2 miles from LHR, yet the property is in Staines, which was a 40 pound taxi ride. I was unable to contact anyone, once at the property. I waited there for hours, before giving up. So, I walked 2 miles to a bus stop and got to Hatton station, where I caught a taxi to the lightyears better Ibis Hotel, which cost another 30 pounds.The worse bit was Relaxing was anything but because there was no contact or anything about. Hard to believe one could find one's self...
