"We enjoyed our two night stay overall. We were given a free upgrade as celebrating a special occasion (thank you) but this unfortunately backfired on us as we had a room on the 8th floor which had very loud pump and water running continuously throughout the night. In my opinion this must be a common complaint as it is very loud and disturbs your sleep. I would suggest getting an extra person in the bar as drinks took forever or forgotten after ordering. "Honestly just wow. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, impressive from the moment you walk in to the lobby all the way through to checkout. This hotel was perfect for a stay with young kids as the kids club was fantastic but also had adults only areas too. All the staff at the hotel were incredible even down to the cleaners, a special mention to Syam and Nithin Antony for always doing such a good job of cleaning our room and the origami animals every other day.
