"Our room (Cinnamon) was the lap of luxury! Plenty of room, a separate bedroom for a child, and a separate seating area. After cramped accommodations in Amsterdam, it felt like a palace! We only met Jason, and he was perfectly wonderful. Great map and suggestions, good tips about town. The breakfast was even better than we could have hoped! "This is THE place to stay in Bruges. The entire hotel is curated for comfort and ambience. The hotel staff is very friendly, they served us drinks at the chic bar and they gave us coffee in the morning room. Lovely atmosphere all around. They have private parking on their own property, which is pretty much a miracle in Bruges. The bed, room and bathroom were all of standard/expected American size, so we didn’t feel claustrophobic. Location is wonderful, all sights are within easy walking...

"The property, I think, is off the 16th century, re-furnished and maintained to a very high standard. The fittings and furnnishings all speak of quality. The hosts, Tamara and Haans, are extremely helpful and friendly, whilst at the same time, are not intrusive. The Positionof the property is such that all places of interest in the old section of the town are all accessible by walking within about 10 minutes .Breakfast is exceptionally good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this...

But the location is good - central, but not in a noisy area in general.
